Sadly, I am voting NO

To the Editor,

I fully believe in the need for a new high school and the benefit the entire community will get from it. However, high price of the tax increase that is being proposed signals past poor tax management. I don't think it is fair for us to all pay such a large chunk of the cost via our already high property taxes. I would like to see another source of funding contribute to the new school as well. I would happily vote for an increase in property taxes for the school, but not at the rate currently presented. Sadly, I am voting NO.
