H Street never looked so good. The Ortega stunner, as we’re now referring to it, recently won the City of The Dalles Beautification Committee Award.

A well-manicured yard, to say the least, left judges on the City of The Dalles Beautification Committee coming back to 1010 H Street as the Ortega family showed off some massive community pride with this ornamental beauty.

They received the Beautification Award for May.

Sonia, Ricardo, and Anaya Ortega also got a nice photo to boot. Nothing like crisp white lines on the dark green of the house to meld with those shaped trees and shrubs and cascading dormer. And what would a yard be without that quintessential dogwood?

Jealous?
