Interested in tips and strategies for a healthier lifestyle?  The Sherman County Senior Center and OSU Sherman County Extension are partnering to bring another round of free, drop-in nutrition classes to local residents. 

As a way to promote healthy living and possibly reduce mental health challenges like stress and depression, the Sherman County Prevention Coordinator, OSU Sherman County Extension, and Greater Oregon Behavioral Health Inc (GOBHI) recently offered a free class at the Sherman County Senior Center.

OSU Sherman County Extension is offering free classes to youth and adults to learn skills in food preservation in September and October. The first class was held Saturday, September 9 at the pavilion in Grass Valley during the farmers market.
