These awards celebrate individuals and businesses that have made significant contributions to the community, demonstrated outstanding service, and leadership, and shown a commitment to making The Dalles a better place to live, work, and play.

American Queen Voyages has declared bankruptcy and canceled 20 plus stops in the City of The Dalles in the upcoming season. The cancellation could mean a $110,000+ loss in tourism dollars for The Dalles but locals are working to find solutions.

The Dalles Area Chamber, in collaboration with Google, is excited to present a FREE training session for Nonprofit Board and Leadership on October 19, 2023, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. This engaging training will take place at CGCC/Theatre Room located at 400 E Scenic Drive, The Dalles. This opportunity was made possible by a Google Community Grant.

The scope and scale of the Northwest Cherry Fest in The Dalles has grown leaps and bounds - and the 42nd Annual event coming April 21-23 promises more Fun for the family, the community and an even larger showcase for the iconic celebrated Cherry industry.

The annual Northwest Cherry Festival is set to take place in The Dalles, Oregon, from Friday, April 21st through Sunday, April 23rd, 2023 This year's festival, is themed "Homegrown Happiness."

The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce (TDACC) presents “I Spy Christmas” the 32nd Annual Starlight Parade and Community Tree Lighting on November 26th, 2021. New to the event this year is a Country festival prior to the parade.
