The Dalles Public Works to Close a Block on Court St. for 24 hrs. Between Oct. 2-5th

The Dalles OR. Sept. 25, 2023 - On Monday, October 2, 2023, the City of The Dalles Public Works will begin full pavement reconstruction following the installation of a sanitary sewer main on Court St. between E. 12th St. and E. 13th St., weather permitting.

The purpose of this work is to restore the pavement surface. Construction is expected to occur over four days with expected completion by Thursday, October 5, 2023.

Full road closure will be in place 24 hours a day with no driveway access at this location from October 2 -5, 2023.

Work hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The sidewalk will remain open to pedestrian traffic during construction.

Please proceed with caution in this area and observe all temporary traffic control devices. Thank you for your assistance during this work.
