TD Area Chamber full speed ahead on holidays; two parades, tree lighting

From The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce:

The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Veterans Day Parade and Starlight Parade with Community Tree Lighting for 2021.

The Dalles Chamber is happy to announce that November will bring two long-time traditions back to The Dalles.

We were honored that our local veterans reached out to us for help in hosting the Annual Veterans Day Parade. The Dalles Chamber will host the Veteran’s Day Parade on November 11th at 11:00 am. You can find the parade application online at TheDallesChamber.com where you may download it or submit it online. You may also stop by our office for a paper copy.

On Friday, November 26th we will hold the “I Spy Christmas” Annual Starlight Parade and Community Tree Lighting. Download your parade application online, complete the online form or pick up a parade application at our office located at 404 West 2nd Street The Dalles, OR.

The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring back these community traditions. For the first time, we have a title sponsor for the Starlight Parade. Thank you to Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace and their investment in The Dalles community and The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce. Together we hope to provide some fun and a sense of tradition.
