Two Semi Trucks Crash into the Columbia River Near Biggs

Biggs, OR, August 26, 2023– The Sherman County Sheriff’s Office Facebook Page posted photos of two semi trucks which crashed into the Columbia River near I-84 milepost 104 (Biggs Grain Elevator) just hours apart on August 25th, 2023.
The Sherman County Sheriff’s Office said that either of the drivers was injured and the second truck to crashes tanks were empty.
Oregon State police are investigating the crashes.
The Oregonian reported that both trucks will be removed Monday August, 28, 2023.
