TD Art Center to Throw a Bowl Out on Saturday, May 15; Building looking Incredible
Ceramics as well as throwing a little clay will be happening at The Dalles Art Center this Saturday, May 15 as the gallery showcases its market of incredible pieces brought about by a collaboration of local and regional artists. As expected, five local artists were included in Beyond the Construct: Penny Wallace, Yvonne Wakefield, Savannah Lawton, Tom Bottman, and Jonathan Kranzley. While you're at it, check out the incredible flowers and the newly refurbished floor. Gorrrrrrrrgeous!

Sally Fasulo, Bonnie Foote, Ann Ketchum, and Connie Christensen work away at the wall of Mah Jongg tiles on Wednesday Afternoon, May 5 at 409 Lincoln Street, The Dalles. The group has been getting together on Wednesdays to play the Chinese game for more than two decades.
TD Organ Crawl will be available on YouTube April 11
The “Organ Crawl” featuring five historic pipe organs in The Dalles happens every other year, and 2021 is the year. Only this time the local tradition will be presented virtually.

ENTERTAINMENT: Delicious Dining, Local Art, Excursions Auction April 8-11
An auction to benefit Columbia Gorge Orchestra Association opens on April 8th and runs online through April 11th. The event features almost 100 items: fine art from local artists, delicious and creative dining experiences, and fun outdoor excursions. Just over thirteen months since the global pandemic brought an end to live performances, the Columbia Gorge Orchestra Association is poised to present its first new theatrical performance, Tom Jones’ and Harvey Schmidt’s beloved romantic comedy The Fantasticks.
