Former Wasco County DA Eric Nisley Sues Wasco County, Oregon Attorney General

Eric Nisley is suing for nearly $3 million in damages. He said his reputation had been tarnished by his removal from the Wasco County DA’s office following a disciplinary 60-day suspension of his license to practice law. The Oregon State bar found that he had lied to investigators no less than six times.

Updated July 14th, 2021. Fire has grown to 300 acres. A fire started in Lyle about mid slope on the hill behind Lyle High School at 7:30 PM on July 12th. By 10:11 the fire had reached an estimated 20-30 acres.
