Wasco County suit takes aim at Midterm election counting in Oregon, Nation
The Wasco County Elections Clerk and the Board of Commissioners have been named in a civil suit alleging that voter tabulation machines have not been properly certified and the plaintiffs have asked for an injunction, calling for a hand count in the Midterm election.

In terms of performances, The Rock gives perhaps his least interesting of his career. The decision to make Black Adam essentially charmless does not play in The Rock’s favor. My reading of that data is that Black Adam is a bad movie, but lots of people like it anyway or, at the very least, are willing to pay to see something that isn’t very good. TD man goes through window to escape fire, alerts others
“One resident was transported to the hospital after he escaped from the residence,” Palmer said. “He was sleeping in a room and had to escape through a window and in so doing injured his arm. It’s possible he had some smoke inhalation too.”
