Key Club Graduates Honored for Community Service Contributions in The Dalles
The Dalles Kiwanis Club congratulates our graduating High School Key Club members and thanks them and their advisors for their contribution to the community through service projects this year. Under the supervision of their advisors, Kayla Magill and Christina Burk, each of the following members earned a Key Club Graduation Medallion in special recognition of their hard work.
The Dalles Kiwanis Jan. Programs focus on Gorge Comission and Land Acknowledgements
— Jan. 19 Carina Miller, the first indigenous chair of the Columbia River Gorge Commission, will speak about her work with the commission and various groups dealing with Native American issues. — Jan. 26 Lucille Begay, Native American Liaison at Columbia Gorge Educational Service District, will discuss land acknowledgments.

The Dalles Kiwanis Steak Feed is the hot ticket for Thursday, Sept. 8th at Sorosis Park. The fundraiser in its 66th year is a local favorite and a great chance to have a steak dinner with neighbors and friends while giving back to your community. The weather is supposed to be perfect. Kiwanis Steak Feed Cancelled
The Dalles Kiwanis Club has decided to cancel this year’s Steak Feed fundraiser out of the utmost care and concern for its beloved community’s health and well-being. The event was initially scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 9.
