Jesus Sosa, 56, and Saul Guzman, 45, both of The Dalles were all smiles this morning as Sosa loaded his trowel with the wet concrete and threw it at this block wall on Kelly Avenue like he was skipping rocks at the beach. The pair were met with great weather for their work and it looks to continue all week.
