Pride Alliance to host Gothic-themed Prom
Get ready for a night of spooky fun! The Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance’s (CGPA) Gothic MasQUEERade is an all-ages dance for LGBTQ+ folx and allies throughout the Gorge. The Masqueerade will be November 12th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in historic Hood River Hotel’s Emerald Room.

After years of delay due to the covid pandemic, the Tile Project, a community art fundraiser for The Hood River Warming Shelter, is finally ready for unveiling. Some of the Dalles' most exciting innovators met this week to collaborate and share ideas about starting and doing business in Wasco County. It was hosted by MCEDD at Wines on 2nd Street. A crowd of about 20 business owners huddled around a stage to listen to panelists talk about their successes and struggles in starting businesses here in The Dalles.
