City crews will be crack sealing asphalt on streets at more than 60 locations throughout the City starting Monday, May 20, through Monday, June 30, 2025, beginning at 7:00 am each day, weather permitting.

The Skyline Health Foundation has awarded Washington Gorge Action Programs (WAGAP) $8,000 as part of its 2024 Community Health Grant, which supports non-profit organizations within the Columbia River Gorge that work to improve the health and well-being of the community within its service area. 

Ceramics as well as throwing a little clay will be happening at The Dalles Art Center this Saturday, May 15 as the gallery showcases its market of incredible pieces brought about by a collaboration of local and regional artists.
