CGCC offers Color Run full slate of activities for PRIDE week - June 6 - 10

TDHS Seniors Graduate Saturday, June 4, inspire younger students

The Dalles High School graduating seniors returned to their former grade schools this morning, June 3, to do the walk of fame as school children cheered their accomplishments. Gonser recognized with Life Member Award for public power work

Howard Gonser was first elected to the Northern Wasco County PUD Board of Directors in 1987. During his 35 years of service, he served as president of the board seven times, as well as president of the Oregon PUD Association twice. Over the past three decades, many improvements were made to the PUD’s electrical infrastructure.

The Cemetery Tales video was one of two videos to win the silver award in the category “non-broadcast biography.” Director/ producer Joe Garoutte said, “The gold award in that category went to a series about Randy Travis, funded by Warner Music Nashville.
