Chiropractor Andrew Houck was arrested on Friday, Nov. 15, and lodged at NORCOR jail in The Dalles after it was alleged he treated a minor which violated his release agreement on underlying charges of two counts of first-degree sex abuse of middle school girls.
The Wasco County Fairgrounds will be hopping today as check-in for 4-H animals begins.
