The Wagon Social Club Opens in Mosier
A few months ago Maren McGeeney, decided to take a leap of faith. After decades working in other people’s restaurants and cafe’s she decided to put her culinary and barista skills to the test by opening The Wagon Social Club in Mosier, OR. This hip food cart shares outdoor patio seating, with Randonée Coffee Co., a local coffee shop owned by Maren’s husband Bryan McGeeney, and sits kitty corner from several other food carts in the area.

Anglers’ car burgled while fishing in remote area of Deschutes River
The Canadians had left their vehicle on Freebridge Road about seven miles from the mouth of the Deschutes while they were tossing flies for steelhead in a nice run at Kloan when their car was burgled. Even their passports were stolen.

The Put the Scenic Back in Sorosis fundraiser led by Annette Beyers, has successfully raised over $200,000, of their $347,000 fundraising goal.
