Police received the call of the driving altercation at around 4 p.m. on Monday, March 25, and Oregon State Police and a Sherman County Deputy both responded to the call of a man in a Red Nissan Rogue pointing a gun at a vehicle with three juveniles and two adults.
An investigation revealed that the driver of the Nissan struck a red F-150 pickup and struck the guardrail before coming to a stop. The man was arrested on multiple counts including driving under the influence and reckless driving.
“He refused a follow directions and resisted arrest,” the Trooper reported in the log. “He later refused a breath test and a warrant was obtained. The driver then provided a breath sample per the warrant with a result of 0.15 blood-alcohol content.”
